We offer 'No Hassle' returns on your original order. Customers can return faulty goods for a full and complete refund.
Chill1.com offers a 14 day customer satisfaction promise. If you wish to return your ‘unworn’, or ‘unused’ product for any reason Chill1.com will issue you with a 100% refund provided you have proof of purchase.
Please note that no items can be accepted without a valid returns number.
To return an item, please email sales@chill1.com to request a returns number, stating your order number and why you wish to return the goods.
Enter the returns number onto your original sales invoice and return with the unwanted goods to:-

If you return an item to us for exchange or refund, you must cover the cost of delivery back to us but there is no further charge if you request a replacement delivery.
Replacement goods or refunds will only be issued once goods are received in original packaging with tags attached. Soiled goods will not be accepted.
We recommend you return goods using traceable means such as recorded delivery.
All products sold by Chill1.com carry a full manufacturers warranty, these warranties protect you from all basic defects in workmanship and failure in use. Our returns and guarantee policy operates according to the standard Sale of Goods Act 1978. Full refunds will be issued if products experience manufacturing defects or failure in use. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee against standard wear and tear, and we do reserve the right to seek a second opinion from an independent body when defect inspections are required.
